Haley Lawrence - Senior Community Link Worker

Haley started her career in mental health services and went on to manage supported living schemes for people with mental health needs and autism. Her passion for best practice and person-centred support led her into internal quality assurance and service improvement roles across supported living and residential care. Haley has also worked in the advocacy sector, delivering both statutory and community advocacy services. At DCF, Haley leads client services within the Community Hub, supporting the Community Link Workers and ensuring people receive high-quality, person-centred support. She will lead on co-production with clients, helping to shape services around lived experience and ensuring our work remains responsive, reflective and focused on positive outcomes.
