Julie recently retired from her role as Chief Financial Officer within Academy Trusts, overseeing both secondary and primary schools. In this role, she held responsibility for finance, operations and HR, providing oversight across complex educational organisations.

Dionne brings over 15 years’ experience in marketing, branding and communications, having worked in both agency and in-house roles across the UK and New Zealand.

Andrew has lived in Bozeat for over 40 years and was appointed as a Trustee in December 2025. He brings extensive experience from a 45-year career in industrial research and development, working at the interface of the private, public and academic sectors.

Alison has worked in the construction sector for most of her career, working in all areas of learning and development, including development of early talent pipelines, technical and professional development and workforce development.

James retired as Managing Director of Northampton based Modulex Systems Ltd

Amanda brings over 30 years of volunteering experience in the homelessness sector, including street meals, befriending, outreach, night shelter work and serving as a Trustee.

Helen has lived in the Wellingborough area for 10 years, and joined the board as a Trustee in 2022.

Originally from Northampton, Nick has lived in Earls Barton for 42 years. Nick’s career was in public service with a local authority as an Engineer.
