We do greatly value gifts of time and skills but without money to pay the bills there would no longer be a Daylight Centre where time and skills could be used.
Funding in 2010 came from:
Local Charitable Trusts – to be listed in our Annual Report now in preparation
- Borough Council of Wellingborough – grant and discretionary rate relief
- Police Authority – grant from POCA funds (Proceeds of Crime Act) – for capital equipment
- Avon plc – esp. for work
- Churches and Parishes – from across the town and county and far beyond
- Mothers' Union Branches and Members
- Individuals too numerous to list – usually donated under the Gift Aid provisions
- Community groups and organisations
2011 Funding is already received or assured from
Borough Council of Wellingborough – grant and discretionary rate relief
- A Provincial Charity
- And, just as every year, numerous Churches, Groups and Individuals
